The Time Is Now!

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Yeshua/Jesus,

I come to you with a message that I believe is of utmost importance in this crucial hour. Our times are marked by deep political and spiritual shifts, and as followers of Christ, we cannot afford to be passive or indifferent. The Jewish people, the nation of Israel—God’s “firstborn son” as He calls them in Exodus 4:22—are at the center of God’s plan for the world, and as Christians, we have a unique and pressing responsibility to support Jewish outreach efforts now more than ever. I write this as we are seeing a pogrom in the Netherlands against Jews on the 86th anniversary of Kristallnacht – “The night of broken glass” also called the November pogrom, was a pogrom against Jews carried out by the Nazi Party’s Sturmabteilung and Schutzstaffel paramilitary forces along with some participation from the Hitler Youth and German civilians throughout Nazi Germany on 9–10 November 1938…

In light of recent events, especially since the election of Donald Trump and the changes he catalyzed in the political landscape, we’ve seen Israel come into sharper focus on the global stage. There has been much attention given to the political relationship between the United States and Israel, especially with the war ensuing in the north, with Iran, and the continued attacks from Hamas – along with he hostages; but we must remember that while politics plays a role, the spiritual destiny of the Jewish people is of far greater consequence.

Israel: God’s Firstborn and the Apple of His Eye

Let us remember the words of God spoken to Moses in Exodus 4:22: “Then you shall say to Pharaoh, ‘Thus says the Lord, Israel is My son, My firstborn.’” This powerful statement reveals the depth of God’s love and commitment to the Jewish people. Israel is not just another nation among nations; they are His firstborn, His covenant people. From the time of Abraham, God set apart Israel as His chosen people through whom He would reveal Himself to the world. Every prophet, every covenant, every promise—culminating in the coming of the Messiah—has been tied to the Jewish people and the nation of Israel.

When we reflect on this, it should fill us with a sense of awe and gratitude. The Jewish people gave us the Holy Scriptures. The Jewish people gave us the patriarchs—Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—and through their lineage, the Messiah, Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Mashiach was born. As Paul so beautifully reminds us in Romans 9:4-5, “Theirs is the adoption to sonship; theirs the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship, and the promises. Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them is traced the human ancestry of the Messiah, who is God over all, forever praised!”

Without the Jewish people, there is no Christianity. The Messiah was born into a Jewish family, fulfilling Jewish prophecies, and came first for the Jewish people. As Christians, we have been grafted into the rich olive tree of Israel (Romans 11:17). This means that we are not separate from Israel but rather connected to them in God’s redemptive plan. This is why the call to support Jewish outreach is not just a distant obligation—it is a call to support the very roots of our faith.

A Renewed Focus on Israel: The Trump Administration and Beyond

Since this new re- election of Donald Trump, we have seen an unprecedented focus on Israel from the political sphere. In 2017, Trump made the historic decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, fulfilling a long-held promise that many previous administrations had left unfulfilled. For many believers, this event was seen as a significant fulfillment of biblical prophecy. Jerusalem, the city of David, the city where Jesus ministered and was crucified, is now recognized by the world’s most powerful nation as the undivided capital of Israel.

The political landscape surrounding Israel continues to evolve rapidly. Trump’s decision to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem was a bold affirmation of Israel’s sovereignty over its ancient capital. This act was met with both praise and condemnation from around the world, but for Christians who understand the significance of Israel in God’s plan, it was a powerful reminder of God’s enduring promises. God has declared, “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse” (Genesis 12:3).

This blessing extends to nations, but also to individuals. How we, as the Church, respond to Israel in this critical time will have eternal consequences. Trump’s policies were seen by many as supportive of Israel, but political decisions alone cannot fulfill the spiritual needs of God’s people. We must do more than cheer on political victories; we must engage in the spiritual battle for the hearts and souls of the Jewish people.

The Spiritual Condition of the Jewish People: A Heart for Salvation

While political support for Israel is important, we cannot ignore the far greater spiritual need. The Apostle Paul, himself a devout Jew who found salvation in Christ, said in Romans 10:1, “Brothers and sisters, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved.” Paul longed for his fellow Jews to come to know their Messiah, Jesus. This same longing should burn in our hearts as well.

Many Jewish people today remain unaware or unconvinced that Jesus is the promised Messiah. They are waiting for the fulfillment of promises that have already been completed in Christ. It is heartbreaking to think that those through whom God has given so much—His Law, His prophets, and His Messiah—are still searching for the One who has already come.

The mission of Jewish outreach is critical. Ministries dedicated to sharing the Good News of Jesus with Jewish people are working tirelessly to bring the light of the gospel to God’s chosen nation. These efforts often require delicate, culturally sensitive approaches, as there has been a long history of tension between Christians and Jews. But we must not be deterred. Jesus Himself wept over Jerusalem, saying, “You will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord’” (Matthew 23:39). The Jewish people must come to see Jesus as their Messiah for the full realization of God’s kingdom to come.

A Call to Action: Supporting Jewish Outreach

This is where we come in, as the Body of Christ. The political landscape may shift, and leaders may come and go, but our mission as Believers remains the same. We are called to bring the gospel “to the Jew first” (Romans 1:16). This is not just a historical responsibility but a present-day mandate. Jewish outreach ministries are working on the front lines, building bridges of understanding and sharing the truth of Jesus with Jewish people worldwide. They need our support—both in prayer and financial partnership.

By supporting Jewish outreach, you are participating in a divine work. You are aligning yourself with God’s heart for His firstborn, Israel. You are blessing the nation that has blessed the world with the Messiah. As Paul said in Romans 11:15, “For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?” Imagine the day when the Jewish people, as a nation, turn to Jesus. The Bible promises that this will bring a blessing like the world has never seen—a spiritual revival that will ripple across the globe.

Why Now?

In this neo-Trump era, as the geopolitical focus on Israel continues to intensify, the Church cannot remain silent, nor slumber like we did in 2017. Since the Jewish people face increasing hostility, rising antisemitism, and rising conflict, we must respond with the love of Yeshua showing them that the Messiah they long for has already come and desires to bring them peace and a “Joseph’s moment with his brothers” type of reconciliation.

This is not just a political moment—it is a prophetic one. God is moving in Israel, and we have the privilege of being part of His work. Your support of ENMI is a direct way to bless Israel and align yourself with God’s purposes. In this hour of urgency, let us give generously, pray fervently, and work together to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to the Jewish people.

As we look to the future, let us remember the words of Psalm 122:6: “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: ‘May they prosper who love you.’” Let us love Israel, not just in word but in deed. Let us stand with Israel, not just politically but spiritually. And let us give with open hearts, knowing that in blessing Israel, we are blessing the heart of God Himself.

In Messiahs love and with deep gratitude for your partnership in this vital mission in this new season…Join us at https://ENMI.Life
